Puppies are chosen in order of our reservation list. A family can be placed on our reservation list by contacting us and filling out a puppy application. Puppies will be picked by their new families in person at our home( unless other arrangements have been made) when the puppies are approximately five (5) weeks of age. This is so the puppies have time to grow into their personality. We start with the first puppy pick and work our way down the pick list. We ask for your patience as each family picks their puppy. Puppies will go to their new homes on or after 8 weeks of age. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. 

We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason it's a bit lengthy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy. 

Puppies will be seen by our veterinarian before going home. They will have an overall health exam and receive their first set of shots. You will receive your puppy’s shot record, health contract along with feeding instructions and a go home bag with goodies and tips. Your puppy will also go home with a small bag of current puppy food.

By the time your new puppy is ready to come home he/she will be well socialized, he/she will have been exposed to various neurological stimulations to prepare them to be a stable well balanced puppy, and he/she will have been introduced to crate training and potty training.
